What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:30 PM, and check-out must be by 9:30 AM.

What are your cancellation and deposit policies?
Cancellation policies vary based on the rate and period. A credit card is always required, and a pre-authorization will be performed before arrival as a guarantee.

How far is the Residence from the Lake and Moniga centre?
Corte Ferrari is about 500 meters from the lake. The walk is easy, but please note the road is slightly downhill on the way there. Moniga centre is easily accessible.

Are bed linen/towels and final cleaning included?
Yes, bed linen, towels, and the final cleaning of the apartment are included in the price. Upon request and for an extra charge, you can request extra cleaning of the apartment and supplementary linen change during your stay.

Are parking and Wi-Fi free?
Yes, both services are free. The Residence offers reserved internal parking, and Wi-Fi is available and free in all areas and apartments.

The hot tub is heated, and the water is temperate. Both areas are operational and accessible to guests from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
